Step by Step Guide to Bulk Add/Reregister/Update Members
The Bulk Actions function enables the Club Administrator to add, reregister and update a large number of members details at the same time by uploading an Excel document in CSV format, rather than searching and updating each member individually.
- Log into the system
- Click on the 'Members' tab
- Click on the 'Add&View Members' page
- Click 'More Actions'
- Click 'Bulk Actions'

Click 'Click Here' button to download the .csv file, which will be pre-populated with all Club Member data.
- Click 'Browse' to locate the completed .csv file.
- When you have located the file click 'Open'.
- Click 'Preview' (When you have clicked 'Preview' you will be taken to the page as seen in Figure 2)
- You can click on the red 'X' to highlight why the member is not valid to be added/reregistered/hibernated on the GAA Management System.

If you are re-registering a member in the bulk upload but this member already has a registration for the current year, the member details will be updated, but it will not update their membership. This means that if you upload a member and change their membership details e.g from full playing to full non playing, the system will ignore these changes and they will not be updated on the system. You will be required to make these changes manually.
Step 4 - Export Invalid Members
If there are invalid members you will need to click on the 'Export Invalid Members' button to export the members via a .csv file. When you have exported these members you will need to make the required changes to ensure they are valid on the GAA Management system.
Step 5 - Import Members
When you have previewed your members and you are satisfied with the bulk update click on the 'Import Members' button.
The system will then import all of the valid members from the .csv file you have uploaded and you will receive a notification to let you know the members have been imported successfully.
There is a maximum limit of 1,020 members that can be attempted to be updated at any one time.
