Send us a Ticket with your Support Request/Query
If you require further information on the GAA System and would like to contact Servasport through our Helpdesk and speak to a customer support agent you can do so by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address below -
When you have sent the e-mail, a ticket will automatically be created for you on our help desk. The ticket number uniquely identifies your query so keep this number handy incase you need us to easily locate your support query at any time.
What you should include in your Support Query
It's really important to provide as much information as possible about the problem you are having. The more information you provide the quicker we can identify the problem and respond with the necessary information or guidance.
- We need information about you - name, username, club, e-mail address and phone number.
- We need information about the problem - if relevant, a step by step guide on what you did when you logged in, to the buttons you clicked, to the things you typed until you came across the problem (so we can re-create the problem).
- If possible provide names and IDs and where relevant date/time - for example competition and fixture names and IDs, SMS date and time, member name and ID.
