Why is the form already pre-populated with club information?
The form is pre-populated with information from the club admin section of the management system. Club admins are required to review and update the club details.
What does the display name field mean?
The display name is the name which is used on team sheets, reports and fixtures and results.
What does the SMS sender ID field mean?
When sending an SMS from the management system, this is the name in which the SMS is sent from. Most clubs use a shorter version of their club name.
Why does an error message appear when trying to update the sender ID?
The sender ID must be 11 characters or less and cannot contain spaces or special characters.
Why is the club VAT number needed?
If a VAT number is provided then the club will not be charged VAT on SMS credit bundles.
Do you need to upload a club crest?
A club crest is optional however if a club admin does not upload a club crest, a placeholder will be used.
What is the club crest used for?
The crest is used on team sheets and reports. It is also used in the new GAA app within the fixtures and results functionality.
Why will it not allow us to upload the club crest?
The club crest should be a minimum height and width of 300px x 300px and be in either .PNG .JPG or .GIF format.
